This November 11, 2009 you'll be able to download/update your Xbox 360 to the new Marketplace.
The list of things that will be coming with this update:

Halo: Way Point - Find everything you need to know about all things Halo on your Xbox 360. Xbox live is required to have this work.

Facebook - Update your Facebook, and look at your friends pictures on you Xbox 360. Xbox Live required to have this work.

Twitter - Tweet you little heart out on your Xbox 360, and see other peoples tweets. Xbox live Required to have this work.

Last.fm - Listen to your favorite music on your Xbox 360 from Last.fm. Xbox Live required to have this work.
-
Zune Video - 1080p instant-on streaming content. Xbox Live required to have this work.

Netflix Browsing - Browse from the new and improved Netflix, with new movies and more, on your Xbox 360. Xbox Live Required, and Netflix required from your Xbox 360.
Any of these features may not come out until another Update, so keep your eye out on November 11, 2009 to see what the new Dashboard will look like/
